Associate Product Manager

The role 💡

They’re hiring Associate Product Managers to join a small, highly collaborative product team working across AI, data, and government-facing platforms.

This is not a traditional “grad scheme” style product role with layers of process and structure.

You’ll be working directly with Product Managers, data scientists, engineers, and senior stakeholders inside a fast-moving environment where ownership comes early.

You’ll operate across:

• AI and data-driven products
• Product discovery and user research
• Complex datasets and analytical tooling
• Government and institutional environments
• New product and feature development

The team is small, the pace is fast, and people are expected to contribute quickly.

What you’ll do ⚙️

• Supporting Product Managers across the development and scaling of AI and data products.
• Working closely with engineers and data scientists to help shape new product features and modules.
• Helping structure product requirements, user problems, workflows, and research findings.
• Participating in stakeholder conversations with government institutions, universities, and enterprise organisations.
• Supporting product discovery, user testing, and validation activities.
• Helping translate complex datasets and analytical outputs into intuitive product experiences.
• Contributing to entirely new product initiatives and greenfield modules being built from scratch.
• Working across both strategy and execution inside a highly collaborative environment.
