Senior Product Manager - AI & Data Platforms

The role 💡

They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the core AI and data platform and help drive the product from early stage through to scale.

This is much closer to a founding PM role than a traditional product management position.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, engineers, architects, and data scientists to define product vision, platform strategy, and execution across a highly technical environment.

You’ll operate at the intersection of:

• Enterprise AI and data platforms
• Data infrastructure and orchestration
• AI/ML workflows and model deployment
• Complex distributed systems and platform architecture

This is not a role for someone looking to optimise existing features inside a structured product organisation.

You’ll be helping define the product itself.

What You’ll Do ⚙️

Owning the product vision and strategy for the enterprise AI/data platform.

Defining the roadmap across:

• data ingestion and orchestration
• AI and ML workflows
• platform infrastructure and tooling
• agentic workflows and automation systems
• developer and enterprise user experiences
• Working closely with engineering leadership on architecture decisions, platform scalability, and technical direction.
• Partnering with enterprise customers to understand complex operational and data challenges.
• Driving products from early concept and prototype through to MVP and scale.
• Collaborating directly with highly technical teams including engineers, architects, and data specialists.
• Helping shape how AI, data, orchestration, and automation operate together inside a single platform ecosystem.
• Defining priorities, product direction, and execution strategy inside a fast-moving build environment.

About you 🧠

You’re a highly technical Product Manager who enjoys operating in complex, ambiguous, 0→1 environments where ownership is high and the problems are genuinely difficult.

You’ll likely thrive here if you:

• Have experience building AI, data, or platform products
• Understand enterprise data systems and technical architecture
• Can work deeply with engineers and challenge technical decisions
• Enjoy solving complex systems problems rather than feature optimisation
• Are comfortable operating without heavy process or structure
• Have strong product instincts alongside technical depth
• Like building products from the ground up

Experience across AI platforms, data infrastructure, ML workflows, orchestration systems, distributed systems, or developer tooling would all be highly valuable.
